Come celebrate our 120th Anniversary!
El Montecito Presbyterian Church was founded in November, 1887 by a small group of 50 parishioners who had been holding services in the local Montecito Union School. We gather to celebrate the work they began over a century ago.
On Sunday, November 11th at 7pm in the church Sanctuary, we present a concert featuring the choirs of First United Methodist Church, Santa Barbara City College Chamber Singers - Nathan Kreitzer Director, and ELMO Presbyterian Church. This 100 voice ensemble will be accompanied by chamber orchestra and features a Magnificat by Dietrich Buxtehude, a newly composed Mass for Soli, Chorus, and Orchestra by Michael Eglin, and several Great Hymns of the Faith.
Refreshments will be served after the concert on the patio. Donations graciously accepted at the door to support our Music Ministry.
