Come celebrate!

El Montecito Presbyterian Church was founded in November, 1887 by a small group of 50 parishioners who had been holding services in the local Montecito Union School.  We gather to celebrate the work they began over a century ago.

Yearly, we present music featuring the choirs of First United Methodist Church, Santa Barbara City College Chamber Singers - Nathan Kreitzer Director, and ELMO Presbyterian Church.  The 100 voice ensemble, accompanied by chamber orchestra, has performed great sacred works such as the Bach Magnificat, Handel's Utrecht Te Deum, Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass, Durufle Requiem, Dubois' Seven Last Words of Christ, Mozart Requiem, and many others.

Soli Deo Gloria!
